In 1955: Old Trafford was re-structured again due to the heavy damage suffered in the Second World War. Here the Man United Board decided to make OT covered from all stands

Also notice that from the corner from where the picture was taken there are no seats because it was a terraced area. This area was later removed to obey the Taylor Report, issued after the Hillsbrough Disaster.

This is the view of Old Trafford after all the Tiers where refurbished and all the stands had been covered up with the new style of cantilever stands.
